Descripción del curso
La industria del pago con tarjeta es un mundo interesante, pero a veces puede ser difícil obtener la información correcta para construir una imagen mental de cómo interactúan todas las piezas. A diferencia de otros cursos técnicos a detalle que puede haber visto en nuestra plataforma, este curso fue diseñado realmente para ayudarlo a orientarse.
Este curso introductorio fue diseñado para el personal técnico, sus gerentes y ejecutivos que son nuevos en el mundo de pago con tarjeta.
Duración
El curso contiene casi 2 horas de material de video, presentado en tamaños pequeños y dividido por capítulos. El desglose completo se proporciona a continuación. Considerando los cuestionarios de los capítulos, el curso generalmente se completa de 2 a 3 horas.

Me apasiona ayudar a las personas a alcanzar su máximo potencial. Como un fiel creyente del concepto de liderazgo sustentable, puedo sentir el dolor de los empleados que no pueden rendir al máximo debido a la dificultad en la transferencia de conocimiento. En mi empleo anterior de marketing de productos para un simulador de pagos muy complejo, frecuentemente me encontraba tratando de cerrar esta brecha de conocimiento. La industria de pagos es aquella en la que la barra para entrar es alta, y no debería ser así puesto que obstaculiza el crecimiento de todos.
Mi mayor logro en mi carrera es el desarrollo de un programa formal de educación sobre pagos para Sudáfrica, el cual lo han visto más de cien estudiantes con experiencia en Tecnologías de la Información convirtiéndose en expertos en pagos, capaces de operar con eficacia nuestro simulador de pagos. Esto fue posible gracias a muchas otras experiencias educativas, técnicas u orientadas a procesos.
Debido a que soy un INTJ en el modelo Myers-Briggs, usted puede estar seguro de que el contenido de mis cursos está completamente pensado y tiene en cuenta todos los aspectos necesarios para alcanzar los objetivos. Me considero realmente bueno poniéndome en el lugar de mis alumnos, y para encontrar el camino que los llevará de donde están a donde quieren estar.
¿Quiere saber más sobre mi curriculum?
Durante mis 10 años de sólida experiencia técnica en la industria de pagos con tarjeta, trabajé en el desarrollo y control de calidad para los dos principales fabricantes de tarjetas con chip, Gemalto y Oberthur. También ocupé un puesto como analista de seguridad para productos EMV en un laboratorio, lo que me proporcionó una comprensión profunda del funcionamiento interno de las tarjetas de pago.
Mi empleo más prolongado fue con Acquirer Systems, una pequeña empresa que creó el mejor y más completo simulador de pagos del mercado (ahora pertenece a UL). Durante ese tiempo, ocupé casi todos los puestos que hay para ocupar en una pequeña empresa, haciendo desarrollo de software, control de calidad, atención al cliente, luego pasé a consultoría, preventa y educación. Construí una biblioteca completa de conocimiento técnico profundo en todos los aspectos de las transacciones de pago con tarjeta, para saber que sucede desde que la tarjeta está en su bolsillo hasta que se da la autorización de los bancos.
También estoy totalmente calificado para los puestos que he ocupado hasta ahora, y totalmente preparado para los desafíos del futuro. Tengo una maestría en ingeniería en una universidad francesa y una Maestría en Administración de Negocios (MBA) ejecutiva del Colegio Trinity de Dublín.
