أثمن إنجازاتي في مسيرتي المهنية هو تطوير برنامجٍ تعليميٍّ رسميٍّ للدفع في جنوب إفريقيا، والذي شهد تحوّل أكثر من مئة طالبٍ من ذوي الخلفيات التكنولوجية إلى خبراء دفعٍ قادرين على تشغيل مُحاكي الدفع الخاص بنا بكفاءة. وقد تحقق ذلك بفضل العديد من الخبرات التعليمية الأخرى، سواءً التقنية أو العملية.
لأنني من نوع INTJ وفقًا لنموذج مايرز-بريجز، يُمكنكم التأكد من أن محتوى دوراتي مُدروسٌ بعنايةٍ ويراعي جميع الجوانب اللازمة لتحقيق الأهداف. أنا بارعٌ جدًا في وضع نفسي مكان طلابي، لأجد المسار الذي سيقودهم من وضعهم الحالي إلى المكانة التي يطمحون إليها.

خلال عشر سنوات من الخبرة التقنية المتينة في مجال مدفوعات البطاقات، عملت في مجال التطوير وضمان الجودة لدى شركتي Gemalto وOberthur الرائدتين في تصنيع بطاقات الشريحة. كما شغلتُ منصب محلل أمن لمنتجات EMV في أحد المختبرات، مما أتاح لي فهمًا عميقًا للعمل الداخلي لبطاقات الدفع.
أطول فترة عمل لي كانت مع شركة Acquirer Systems، وهي شركة صغيرة طورت أفضل وأكمل محاكي دفع في السوق (وهو الآن ملكٌ لجامعة UL). خلال تلك الفترة، شغلتُ تقريبًا كل منصبٍ شاغرٍ في شركة صغيرة، حيثُ كنتُ أعمل في تطوير البرمجيات وضمان الجودة ودعم العملاء، ثم انتقلتُ إلى الاستشارات وخدمات ما قبل البيع والتعليم. لقد بنيتُ قاعدةً كاملةً من المعرفة التقنية العميقة في جميع جوانب معاملات دفع البطاقات، من البطاقة في جيبك إلى التفويض من البنوك.
أنا أيضًا مؤهل تمامًا للمناصب التي شغلتها حتى الآن، ومستعد تمامًا لتحديات المستقبل. أحمل ماجستير في الهندسة من جامعة فرنسية، وماجستير إدارة أعمال تنفيذي من كلية ترينيتي في دبلن.
